MBA 6141 – Managerial Economics

MGMT 4031 – Industry Analysis in a Global Context

This course focuses on strategic analysis in a global business context, equipping students with tools to evaluate competitive environments and formulate effective strategies. It combines core concepts of strategic management with economic theory, game theory, and quantitative methods. The course also emphasizes understanding how cultural, institutional, and environmental differences across countries shape global business strategies.
